What is CTET : CTET is a qualifying exam for teacher. Basically it is only one elimination round which selects the best candidates who are competent enough to sit for various central teacher job in Government schools and private schools also ask from job seekers ctet qualify or not qualify.
Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is an India level exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) twice in a year and shortlist candidates by exam for appointment as a teachers in classe I to VIII. There are two papers in the exam, that is Paper-I and Paper-II. Candidates who eligible to teach classes I-V need to appear in Paper-I and candidates who eligible to teach classe VI-VIII need to appear in Paper-II. Candidates who eligible both slab need to appear both the papers. Every year, over 30 lakh job seekers of teacher appear for CTET exam.
How many student appear In 2019: In the forgoing last year 2019 students appear close to 30 lakh candidates or CTET exam, as per media reports and in 2018, total 23.77 lakh job seekers appear in the CTET exam out of 3.52 lakh candidates qualified.
How to apply CTET Online Form : CTET Application Form 2020 for July session will be made available from January 24, 2020. Candidates can fill CTET application form in online mode only at the official website – ctet.nic.in.Candidates must read the full advertisement carefully and check your eligibility before register for the exam. The last date of Registration 2020 is February 24, 2020.
CTET application process 2020 involves online registration, filling the form, uploading images and paying the application fee.
Payment of INR 1000 for one paper and INR 1200 for both papers has to be made by general/ OBC category candidates.
CTET Application Fees 2020 can be paid by debit/ credit card/ net banking or by e-challan in bank branch.
Applicants have to choose four exam centers according to their preference from the list of 112 exam cities.
Candidates will have to upload scanned document of their passport size photograph and signature in JPEG format.
CTET 2020 Form Correction will be open from March 17 – 24, 2020.
Successfully registered candidates will be issued eligible and download your admit card for exam in the month of June 2020.
